Cash-on-delivery is limited to addresses within Kuantan. Outside Kuantan, self-pickup is available to everyone.

No. We are an independent team offering a convenience service. All official robe matters remain with the university.
What do you need from me?
Your full name, matric number, faculty, robe size, and any collection document or authorisation letter the university requires.
When can I collect my robe?
Usually 1-2 days before your convocation date. We confirm the exact window with you on WhatsApp.
What if I cannot come to the pickup point?
If you are within Kuantan, we offer cash-on-delivery so you do not need to visit the pickup point. Outside Kuantan, self-pickup is currently the only option.
Is my robe safe with you?
Yes. Robes are stored indoors, kept in their original packaging, and handed over only to you or someone you authorise.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shared with you right after you register, along with confirmation of your booking.
What if convocation is postponed?
We follow the university schedule. If the dates move, your booking moves with them at no extra cost.
